Safety Tips For Your Bounce House Rental

Renting a bounce house for a party or fun event is a great idea. First of all, it’s fun for all ages to be able to play in a bounce house. Second, it’s great exercise. Thirdly, it’s an out-of-the-ordinary activity. Below, you’ll find some important safety tips for your bounce house rental days to help everyone have a safe and fun time together with inflatable rentals.

Monitor Children At All Times

Make sure a responsible adult is monitoring the activity in the bounce house at all times. It’s important to have an adult watching to make sure nothing unsafe is happening. This will greatly reduce the chance of injuries during playtime in the inflatable rental.

Separate Different Age Groups

Having different age groups and children of different sizes in the bounce house can greatly increase the risk of injury for kids. Separate the kids and be sure that children of different sizes and ages are grouped together to use the bounce house at the same time.

Limit The Number of People In The Bounce House

Make sure that there’s no more than the recommended number of children in a bounce house rental at one time. Too many kids in the bounce house can cause it to tip over.

Finally, make sure the bounce house is properly anchored with stakes or sand bags. Most bounces require at least 100lbs of weight at each anchor point or a 18” stake at each anchor point. There could be anywhere from 4 to 20 anchor points depending on the unit.
